Ed has been a part of the land surveying profession for over 40 years. He started with a firm in Lancaster in 1972, and he became a Professional Land Surveyor in 1980. In 1988, he joined D.L. Reiber Associates (now Kaylor, Allwein & Hartman, Inc.) and became a shareholder in 2009. Ed was vital to the success of the firm under his ownership. Ed has since sold his ownership back to the firm, but is still available part-time to share his wisdom.
Throughout his long career, Ed has worked on many diverse and complicated survey projects. He has a very good understanding of all aspects of the land surveying profession. He enjoys working with the wide variety of clientele he has met over the years, and will continue to provide counsel on future land surveying projects.
Ed is a 1972 graduate of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. He resides in Palmyra and has served the Palmyra Borough as a representative to authorities, chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board and as a Borough Council member.
